At The Gearing Company, we believe that you are purchasing a world class product and we standby the exceptionally high manufacturing standards and quality that we insist on.

We proudly guarantee the quality and performance of all of our products.

At the point of purchase, your product comes with a two year warranty. Any items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at our discretion for a two year period.

This is subject to provision of proof of purchase when applying for a warranty repair/replacement and is limited to the original purchaser only.

Damage caused through wear and tear, misuse of the product or neglect may be repaired for a nominal charge.

When asking for a warranty repair our customer service team will look at the overall condition of the product, taking into account its age, level of damage/abuse evident, and the amount of use the product has seen during its life.

Although our products are built to exacting standards, and should provide many years of reliable use in the field, nothing lasts indefinitely. We will cover your product until such time we deem it to be worn out beyond reasonable repair.
